I knew it was finally time for a replacement, so I reached out to Ehret Plumbing. I was greeted by a friendly staff member from their office and was pleasantly surprised to be scheduled for the same day. Jorge came out and provided me with a quote. The price was reasonable, so I decided to move forward. He returned the next day to replace the toilet and was friendly, efficient, and professional throughout the entire process.
